Peak Saturdays go twelve to fifteen months ahead. If you are looking at July or August, ask now even if nothing else about the wedding is decided. The date is the part that runs out, and everything else can be settled later.

Memorials are different and we treat them differently. Call rather than filling this in. We hold room in the calendar and there is no deposit, no tasting and no minimum.

What happens next

Four steps, and a tasting in the middle

  1. We answer

    Within one working day, with whether the date is free. If it is not we say so immediately rather than keeping you on a list.

  2. A real estimate

    Itemized, with the service charge shown and the things we do not cover written down. Usually two or three days after the first exchange.

  3. Tasting

    Four to six months out for weddings and private dinners. You taste the actual menu and change what you want changed.

  4. The evening

    Final numbers ten days before. We arrive early, cook on site, serve, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.
