A free local services directory. Customers search by ZIP code and find the people working near them. A listing costs nothing, and no one can buy their way up the results.
Who it is for
A lot of good local work is done by people with no website and no advertising budget. The housekeeper with a full book and no way for anyone new to find her. The lawn crew that runs entirely on word of mouth. The dog walker who is booked solid on one street and unknown two streets over.
Being found usually means building a website, buying leads by the click, or paying to sit above everyone else in someone else's search results. ZipSparrow is the version where none of that is required. You need a way to be contacted, and that is about it.
For the person searching, it is a ZIP code and a list of people who actually work in it, rather than an auction result.
How it works

Free to be listed
A listing costs nothing. No website to build, no ads to buy, and no fee for an inquiry. Claiming one means confirming the email or phone already on it, which takes a minute.

Search is not for sale
There is a paid tier, and it adds features such as a photo gallery and a customer inquiry inbox. It does not affect ranking. Paying changes what a listing can do, never where it appears.

Reviews from real customers
Reviews are moderated, and businesses can respond to them whether or not they pay for anything.

Straightforward to leave
Subscriptions cancel in a couple of clicks, and a business that no longer wants a listing can have it removed.
