Booking usually runs two to three weeks out, and longer in spring when every coat in the seacoast decides to blow at once. If you have a date in mind, earlier is better. Cancellations do come up, so it is worth asking even at short notice.

I read it and work out a price
Based on size, coat and where you are. If anything about your dog means the quote might move on the day, I tell you that now rather than at the door.

You get two or three arrival windows
Pick whichever suits. Nothing is held until you confirm, so if none of them work, say so and I will send more.

That is the booking made
No deposit for a first appointment. You get a text the day before as a reminder, and another when I am about fifteen minutes out.

Travel included inside fifteen miles of Portsmouth, then $2 a mile, quoted before you book.
