Before you write

Three things that speed a quote up.

  • The address. It tells us which way the building faces, which decides nearly everything else.
  • The deadline. An awards date or a publication date changes the schedule more than the size of the building does.
  • The drawings, if you have them. Not essential, but they turn a two email conversation into one.
