What goes on the table

Every package includes chips and salsa, plates, napkins, serving spoons and wire chafers with fuel. Portions are cooked for the headcount you give us plus a few extra, because somebody always brings a cousin.

Timing, delivery and payment

  • Lead time72 hours for most orders and 48 for breakfast taco bars. Over 150 guests, give us two weeks.
  • Delivery$35 within ten miles of Paloma Street, quoted beyond that. Picking it up yourself costs nothing.
  • Staffed service$35 an hour for each server, two hour minimum. One server covers about fifty guests.
  • Deposit and changesHalf down holds the date. Headcount can change up to 48 hours before at no charge.
