One off work, priced the same way.
You do not need to be on a program to book any of this. Program customers get the same prices, the work just lands on the monthly bill instead of its own.
| Service | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Core aerationUp to 1/2 acre | Pulls plugs rather than spiking, which is the version that actually relieves compaction. Best done here in September. | $145 |
| Aeration and overseedFescue lawns, seed included | The single most valuable thing you can do to a fescue lawn in the upstate, and it only works inside a six week window in the fall. | $290 |
| Leaf removal | Blown, collected and hauled. Priced per visit, because a heavy oak yard needs three passes across November and December rather than one. | $95 a visit |
| Reclaim cutGrass over about eight inches | An overgrown lawn takes two or three passes at falling heights, not one. Cutting straight to target scalps it and it comes back yellow. | 1.5x to 2x a visit |

| Mulch, installed | Double ground hardwood unless you want something else. Beds edged and weeded first, because mulch laid over weeds is only a delay. | $95 a yard |
| Bed weeding and preemergent | Hand pulled, then a preemergent so the bed stays clear for a few months rather than a few weeks. | $85 |
| Shrub and hedge trimTwo hour minimum | Shaped, cleaned up and cuttings hauled. Twice a year suits most shrubs in this climate. | $65 an hour |

| Gutter clearingSingle or two story | Cleared by hand and flushed, downspouts checked. Worth doing after the leaves finish rather than in the middle of them. | $110 to $160 |
| Storm and limb cleanup | Ground debris cleared and hauled after wind. We do not climb and we do not take down standing trees. | Quoted |
Three things we will not do
We do not take down trees or climb them. We clear what is on the ground after a storm. Anything needing a rope or a saw above shoulder height is a certified arborist's job, and we will give you a name for it.
We do not install irrigation or build hardscape. No patios, no retaining walls, no sprinkler systems. Plenty of good outfits in the upstate do that work and we are not one of them.
We do not blanket spray a lawn to make weeds vanish faster. Spot treating takes longer to look perfect and puts a fraction of the chemical on your yard. If somebody has promised you a weed free lawn in three weeks, ask what they are putting down to get there.
