From the phone call to your table

Order
Call 208-555-0147 from 3:00, or send the request below and we'll call back to confirm the time.
We make it
Rolls and nigiri are made to your order, not pulled from a case. Platters for ten or more need a day's notice.
Pick up
At the host stand inside the door. Pay there by card, or over the phone when you order.
Eat within the hour
Rice hardens in the fridge. If it has to wait, keep it somewhere cool and out of the car.

Packed in lidded trays with ginger, wasabi and soy on the side. The chef picks the fish from what came in that week.

Omakase
It's built to be eaten seconds after it's made, so it stays at the counter.
Uni and otoro by the piece
They lose the most in twenty minutes. We'll put them in a platter only if you ask twice.
Tempura
It goes soft in the box. The karaage holds up far better.

Single rolls, nigiri by the piece and hot dishes are priced as on the menu page.

03Pickup request

During open hours we call back within fifteen minutes to confirm the total and a pickup time. Your order isn't started until we've spoken.
