How commercial work is different
A house gets cleaned once and everyone is happy. An office gets cleaned two hundred times a year, and the only thing that matters is that the two hundredth is as good as the first. That is a scheduling and staffing problem more than a cleaning one.
So we assign a named team to your site, give you their names, and send you a supervisor walkthrough once a month with a short written report. If standards slip you will hear about it from us before you hear about it from your staff.

What a visit covers
Set at the walkthrough and written into the schedule, so nothing is left to judgment.
- All trash and recycling collected and taken out
- Restrooms sanitized and restocked
- Break room, sinks, counters and appliance exteriors
- Desks and work surfaces wiped where cleared
- Reception and waiting areas reset
- All hard floors vacuumed and mopped
- Carpet vacuumed, edges included
- Interior glass, doors and partitions
- High touch points: handles, switches, rails, buttons
- Entry glass and door mats
- Conference rooms reset to a standard layout
- Supplies logged and reordered before they run out

Quoted per site after a walkthrough, because square footage alone does not tell you much. These are the bands most of our clients land in.

Nothing is billed hourly and nothing is billed per cleaner. You agree a figure per visit and that is what appears on the invoice, whether the job took our team two hours or four.
