Flat prices for the whole visit, not an hourly meter. Find your home size, read across, and that is the number. Nothing here is a starting point that grows on the phone.
Recurring home cleaning
The more often we come, the less each visit costs, because there is less to do.

The first visit is charged at the deep clean rate below. We say this up front because it is the thing that surprises people. A home that has not had a professional clean needs one long reset before a recurring price makes any sense. After that first visit you go onto the rate in this table.
One time cleans
No contract, no commitment. Book one and never call us again if you do not want to.

Move out cleans cost more than deep cleans because the house is empty, which means everything that furniture normally hides is now in scope.
Vacation rental turnovers
Priced per turn, on a standing arrangement. Linens and restocking included.

A same day turn is a checkout and a check in on the same date, which means we work to a fixed window rather than fitting you into the run. That is what the difference pays for.

Quoted per site, because no two are alike. Here is how the quote is built.

Before you do the arithmetic
Four things that move the number.

Pets
No charge for having them. Heavy shedding on carpet through the whole house adds $20 to $30.

Square footage
Bedrooms are the guide, not the rule. A two bed of 2,400 sq ft prices as a three bed.

Condition
If a home has been empty or neglected a long time, we say so before we book, not after.

Stairs
Two or more floors adds $15 a visit. Carrying equipment up and down is real time.
Questions about money
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring cleaning is a standing arrangement you can stop whenever you like. We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or move a visit, and that is the whole of it.
When do I pay?
After the clean, not before. We send a card link the same evening, or you can leave a check. Recurring customers can be charged automatically the day after each visit if they prefer.
Do I tip?
Only if you want to. Our cleaners are paid properly whether or not anyone tips, which is the reason our prices look like they do. Nobody here is relying on it.
What if the price is wrong once you see the house?
Then we tell you before we start, and you decide. We will not begin a job and hand you a bigger bill at the end. In practice this comes up on maybe one booking in twenty, almost always a home much larger than its bedroom count suggests.
Do you charge for supplies?
No. We bring everything, including the vacuum. If you would rather we used your own products, for allergies or for a particular surface, leave them out and tell us.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Cancel or move a visit with more than 48 hours notice and there is no charge. Under 48 hours, or if we arrive and cannot get in, it is half the visit price, because that slot can no longer be filled.
