Recurring home cleaning
The same home, the same team, every time.
Weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. You keep the same cleaners and the same day, so nobody has to be shown where anything lives twice.
What a regular visit covers
Every room, every visit. This is the full list, not a summary of it, and it does not shrink because we are running late.
Two cleaners, usually two to three hours for an average home. You do not need to be there. Most of our customers give us a door code and go to work.
Room by room
The same checklist runs every visit, and the team works off it rather than memory.
- Beds made, linens straightened
- All floors vacuumed, including under beds we can reach
- Hard floors mopped
- Bathrooms: toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors
- Kitchen counters cleared and wiped down
- Outside of every appliance, including the fridge door
- Sinks scrubbed, faucets polished
- Stovetop degreased, drip pans wiped
- Microwave inside and out
- Trash emptied, liners replaced
- Surfaces dusted, including sills and ledges
- Mirrors and interior glass doors
- Light switches and door handles wiped
- Cobwebs cleared, corners and ceilings
- Baseboards spot cleaned
- Everything put back where it was
What it costs
Flat price for the visit. Come more often and each visit costs less.

The first visit is charged at the deep clean rate. A home that has not had a professional clean needs one long reset before a recurring price makes sense. After that first visit you go onto the rate above. Deep clean rates start at $265.

Anything above head height on a ladder
Ceiling fans and high shelves we can reach from a two step, yes. Roof lines and high vaults, no.

Carpet shampooing
We vacuum thoroughly. Extraction is a different machine and a different trade.

Exterior windows
Interior glass is included. Outside glass needs a window company, and Tucson has good ones.

Biohazard or heavy pest cleanup
Not our licensing and not our equipment. We will tell you who to call.
Common questions
Do I have to be home?
No, and most people are not. You can leave a key, give us a door code, or let us in on the first visit and arrange the rest from there. Keys are tagged by number rather than by address and stay in a locked box at the office.
Will it always be the same people?
Yes, barring illness or vacation. You get an assigned team, and if one of them is out we tell you who is coming instead rather than sending a stranger unannounced.
What should I do before you arrive?
Nothing, though the visit goes further if floors and counters are reasonably clear. We are not going to be annoyed about your laundry. Tidying is part of the job.
What about my dog?
Dogs and cats are fine and we would rather they stayed. Tell us their names and whether either of them is a door bolter, because we prop doors open while we carry equipment in.
Can I skip a visit?
Yes. Give us 48 hours and there is no charge. Travel, guests and a bad month all happen, and skipping one does not change your rate when you come back.
